Position Overview:We are seeking an organized, proactive IT Applications Analyst with excellent communication skills to join our team. You will work within the Information Technology team, providing support, troubleshooting, account set up; and the collection, analysis, and reporting of data.Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, detailed, and clear support to employees regarding accounts, software, and devices.
• Create and share documentation to provide a consistent experience to new and current employees.
• Order, set up, distribute, and/or collect equipment company-wide.
• Audit data from various accounts and sources to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal usage.
• Assist with creating accounts and onboarding new hires company wide.
• Periodically review and evaluate Security Posture, fixing and reporting where necessary. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related degree; or at least 3 years' experience in a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SSO, and SaaS.
  • Experience training end-users.
