Position SummaryJob Summary:Assist with all aspects of international taxation for the Company including (1) international income tax planning, estimated payments and compliance; (2) coordinate international tax aspects of tax provision calculations; (3) provincial sales, use, VAT, and certain compliance reports; (4) management of all International Tax audits; and (5) review and recommend tax strategies for international entities. The position will be multi-disciplinary and focus on assisting VP of Tax with US international tax implications and calculations related to FTC, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, etc. The position will require interaction with various business groups within the Company.Essential Job Functions:* Responsible for preparation/review of international tax calculations, analytics, etc.

* Thorough knowledge related to global intangible low-taxed income (GILTI), foreign derived intangible income (FDII), subpart F inclusion, and foreign tax credits (FTC)

* Manage international tax compliance and planning in the evolving foreign jurisdictions for the Company

* Assist with tax efficient repatriation and movement of cash across US and foreign jurisdictions

* Manage group transfer pricing process, including identification of issues and opportunities, maintenance of intercompany agreements, transfer pricing documentation, etc.

* Research and provide guidance to VP of Tax and management as it relates to international tax issues

* Coordinate and manage outside advisors for tax related projects and studies globally

* Assist with international tax components of the quarterly and annual income tax provision

* International income tax planning, including review and recommend tax strategies

* Management of international and US federal international tax audits, including (but not limited to): Canada, France, Greece, Germany, Australia, Austria, Ukraine, Hungary, Singapore, Mexico, Panama, Chile, Ireland, Jersey, U.K., India, Sweden, and China

* Defense and negotiation of the Company's US and non-US international tax positions

* Stay abreast of tax law changes, research technical issues and present conclusions to management

* Continuous process improvement through recommending and implementing efficiencies

* Meet stated deadlines related to computations and filings

* Perform other duties as assigned or required

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include, but are not limited to: training and mentoring employees; planning, assigning, delegating and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and resolving employee issues.Job Level DescriptionManages supervisors and/or individual contributors.QualificationsBasic Qualifications and Requirements* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

* 7 plus years of hands-on US corporate income international tax experience

* Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong analytical and problems-solving skills with attention to detail

* Strong technical knowledge related to US international tax principals

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications* CPA certification

* Master's Degree in Tax or LLM

* Income tax accounting and knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS requirements

* Tax experience with a law firm or "Big 4" public accounting firm

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:* Strong business acumen including knowledge of finance, economics, accounting, etc.

* Thorough understanding of US cash repatriation principles, rules and regulations
