Job Description:

A financial company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Driving continuous improvement forward by diagnosing inefficiencies and proposing solutions
Ensuring a seamless and transparent customer experience with regular status updates
Communicating clearly when working with internal stakeholders and leave clear, detailed, and concise notes for your colleagues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

1+ year of customer-facing work experience
Candidates with retention sales and customer advocacy experience will be prioritized
Self-starter with a "No task is too big or small" attitude, and excited to join a startup!
Strong communication and effective listening skills with exceptional attention to detail
