The Controller must possess strong analytical skills and an aptitude for working in fast-paced environments are musts.Roles and ResponsibilitiesExecute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) incompliance with GAAP.Analyze financial information and report on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)Ensure corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls are followed when working with business partners and be able to provide support on special requestsAid in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditorsFormulate Balance Sheet account reconciliationsAllocate and prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for managementStrong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting processRequirementsBA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred.NetSuite required; Salesforce knowledge a plus.Experience with Private Equity management preferredExperience with companies in the $75 million to $500 million preferredComprehensive knowledge of month-end closingFamiliarity with technology companies, subscription accounting and revenue recognition (ASC 606)Experience with integration of acquisitions, purchase accounting and valuationsExperience with International banking.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plusStrong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detailCommitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlineInterested in hearing more?
