Job Description Job Description LHH is actively seeking a Staff Accountant for a rapidly growing manufacturing client located in Atlanta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to advance their career within a dynamic, fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations, contributing to process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash and bank reconciliations Assist with month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare, review, and post journal entries across various accounts Record, track, and reconcile accruals Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including issue resolution and process tracking Assist with general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and variance analyses Partner with internal departments to gather data and support financial reporting needs Contribute to process improvements, documentation updates, and standardization initiatives Assist with internal and external auditors as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Accounting preferred) 3 years of recent, full-cycle accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or similarly complex environment Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.) Experience with SAP strongly preferred; other ERP experience is a plus Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Job Type Direct Hire On-Site Full Time Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
