Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes. 2. Analyze financial data and create financial reports for decision-making purposes. 3. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic financial plans. 4. Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes. 5. Evaluate the financial impact of new projects and investments. 6. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial statements. 7. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. 8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. 9. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives. 10. Mentor and guide junior financial analysts. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant certification (such as CFA or CPA) is preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the construction industry. 3. Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and budgeting processes. 4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. 5. Proficiency in financial software and databases. 6. Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards. 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner. 8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 10.
