Manager will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and
accurate tax filings while also providing strategic tax planning
and advisory services. This role is ideal for someone who wants to

people-first culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage a dedicated book
of business, including individuals and businesses. Review and
prepare complex tax returns with accuracy and efficiency. Provide
proactive tax planning, strategy, and compliance oversight. Build
and maintain strong client relationships through responsive
service. Mentor junior team members and contribute to staff
development. Support firm growth through client retention and
business development. Qualifications: Active CPA license required.
5 years of public accounting tax experience, preferably with some
supervisory exposure. Strong technical tax knowledge and practical
experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client
service skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into
firm leadership.
