          • Proficient in Accounts Payable
          • A solid understanding of General Accounting Principles
          • Intermediate+ level understanding of Microsoft Excel and Adobe
          • Acute attention to detail
          • Solid organizational skills
          • Excellent communication skills
          • Excellent research skills --Daily Responsibilities
            • Process vendor set up requests
            • Communicate with all team members for pending resolutions
            • Communicate with vendors for proper documentation
            • Assist with invoice processing
            • Assist with projects for vendor file cleanup and maintenance
            • Assist with projects for vendor AP software enhancement initiativesRelationships
              • Dealership GM, Controllers and Department Managers
              • Shared Services Associates
              • Corporate Team and Regional Management
              • Vendors--Education and Experience
                • Two year degree is preferred but not required
                • Prior accounts payable and purchase card program experience--Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities
                  • Team Lead Positions
                  • Other Shared Services positions----
