detail-oriented professional to support financial and
administrative operations across two marina locations. What:
Provide customer service, lease accounting, and administrative
support, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of
marina leases and payments. Where: Onsite at two marinas in
Woodstock, GA and Acworth, GA. When: Immediate need for a full-time
Office Assistant; work schedule includes 9 AM to 5 PM with one
weekend day per week. Why: To maintain accurate lease accounting,
deliver excellent customer service, and ensure smooth financial and
administrative operations across both locations. Salary: $18 per
hour, depending on experience. Job Summary / Description: The
Office Assistant serves as a key team member supporting financial,
administrative, and customer service functions for two marinas.
This role ensures accurate lease accounting, timely processing of
customer payments, and provides excellent service to boaters and
guests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented,
and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining
strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Key
Responsibilities: Customer Service: Assist boaters with slip
inquiries, marketing, and leasing opportunities. Negotiate,
prepare, and complete slip lease agreements accurately. Explain
marina policies, lease terms, and account details clearly. Process
and post customer payments. Respond to customer questions regarding
account balances, billing, and services. Direct inquiries or
concerns to appropriate departments when necessary. Accounting &
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate customer records,
contracts, and lease documentation. Utilize marina computer systems
for customer setup, scheduling, and reporting. Support special
projects and administrative tasks as assigned. Ensure accuracy,
organization, and confidentiality of financial and customer
information. Qualifications: Must pass a background check.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Authorized to
work in the U.S. with proper documentation. 9 AM to 5 PM schedule
with one weekend day, 5-day work week. Minimum of 2 years of
