Make a Difference.The Marketing Specialist is an individual contributor on the marketing team responsible for assisting Marketing Senior Leaders with administrative tasks, executing team initiatives, and providing support for various functional areas within marketing. This individual supports multiple stakeholders by managing data, organizing meetings and events, coordinating workstreams, and overseeing advertising plans within a fast-paced environment. The marketing specialist is proficient in marketing tactics and technology with a proven track record of working within tight timelines and demonstrating a rigorous attention to detail. This role will serve as the main office point of contact for teammates working on the Provider Segment Marketing team. Responsibilities * Support execution of demand generation and reputation campaigns * Support national event sponsorships and manage regional and state sales events * Organize sales engagement activities and assist with delivering sales enablement tools * Administrative tasks and coordinating team initiatives * Works with/supports Senior Marketing Manager and segment team on tactical and strategic marketing initiatives. * Administers campaign, program and tactic calendar entries in the Marketing Resource Management tool and manages calendar via project management tool. * Administers data, ensuring data entry standardization, segmentation, list pulls, and unification as needed * Maintains documentation standards and templates for marketing processes and functions * Project manages key marketing initiatives, managing intake processes, coordinating stakeholders and governing deliverable deadlines for internal team initiatives related to engagement and development programs. * Serves as the program coordinator for national and regional events, including: booth registration, sponsorship deliverables, branding and collateral, advertising, lead management and collaboration with sales and events team * Organizes internal meetings and reviews with key stakeholders to ensure sales and marketing alignment * Responsible for administrative support to segment marketing Minimum_Requirements * Bachelor's degree required * 1+ year of marketing experience. New graduates with internship experience will be considered. * Demonstrated ability to manage administrative processes and workflows in a marketing organization * Experience with marketing measurement and reporting frameworks * Experience with project management tools and processes * Experience serving, collaborating with and influencing stakeholders with no direct reporting relationship * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, Word, One Note, One Drive, SharePoint * Ability to work with diverse skill sets (from technical to strategic resources) and navigate culture and politics across multiple functions * Strong communication skills and an ability to adapt to audience needs * Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations * Goal-oriented with a strong attention to detail and timelines * Business acumen with an understanding of marketing success metrics * Comfortable working with senior leaders * Comfortable working under tight deadline pressure * Able to organize and solve problems/meet goals with limited resources * High level understanding of B2B markets, particularly in demand creation workflows and marketing best practices * High level understanding of sales cycles * Project management background a plus * Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe, and Wrike a plus * Familiarity with healthcare industry a plus * Familiarity with Sirius Decision s campaign and measurement framework a plus Join our team today where we are creating a better coordinated, increasingly collaborative, and more efficient healthcare system!
