Senior Director, Digital Marketing Operations and Insights (Remote candidates considered):. The Senior Director, Marketing Operations and Insights, will be responsible for the global digital brand experience, market research and marketing analytics programs supporting the LexisNexis Risk Solutions insurance and connected car businesses including the standards, systems and processes used to deliver world-class online customer engagements, as well as to analyze and report voice of customer (VOC) and marketing performance insights aligned to strategic business objectives and key results. This seasoned B2B marketing leader has a passion for winning and possesses an exceptional balance of communication and analytical skills to successfully partner with customers, influencers, third party vendors and internal stakeholders at every level of the organization, across multiple functions and regions, to advance our marketing performance insights and global digital footprint. Driven to inspire, challenge the status quo and improve outcomes, they will consult and advise others with a professional ease, establishing a cadence of data-driven insights that support ongoing program optimization and performance improvement.. Develops marketing, creative, analytic strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's solutions and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience. Supervises the implementation of digital campaigns and market research programs and analyzes their effectiveness. Establishes and manages relationships with corporate marketing services, research agencies, digital vendors, search engines and other third parties that are strategically aligned with digital marketing operations and insights goals. Tracks usage trends of the organization's digital properties and advertising campaign impact. Establishes a vision and strategy for the digital buyer's journey, overseeing planning, research, design, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation to support the organization's image, identity and brands through a diverse mix of assets, graphical user interfaces and multimedia delivered for the web. Ensures that the organization's website provides up-to-date and comprehensive solutions and services information that is easily available to existing and potential customers. Has oversight for social media marketing, search marketing and online community management.. Executes functional business plans and contributes to the development of department strategy. Decisions are guided by divisional strategy and priorities. Requires comprehensive understanding of industry standards, as well as of the changing business environment. Applies industry expertise and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance within the department and regions. Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advance analytical thought and judgement. Negotiates with and influences others internally and externally, including senior executives within the parent company. Sets functional priorities and allocates resources. Provides leadership to directors, managers and/or professional associates, and has accountability for the performance and results of related team members. Represents the organization internally and externally in a leadership capacity. Leads others in anticipating market changes and is consistently challenging the organization on future growth and marketing innovation to advance brand affinity, drive customer acquisition and retention, and optimize Marketing Return on Investment (MROI). Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline, using a diverse range of both internal and external sources to define and resolve complex multi-dimensional problems.. Qualifications:. A bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field.. A minimum of 12 years in-depth professional experience in B2B marketing with a minimum of 7 years leading a market research, marketing analytics or digital marketing function.. MBA/Masters level education or equivalent experience preferred.. Strong and proven track record in strategy and planning, including competitive analysis, business development, sales, and marketing.. Successful career in Fortune 1000 companies well known regarding this functional area preferred. The company experience will be with a sophisticated organization highly regarded for marketing communications.. Experience and success in managing people and 3rd party marketing agencies.. A strategic, creative and analytical mind.. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.. A results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.. The ability to lead in a rapidly changing organization.. The intellectual capacity that ensures credibility when dealing with business leaders.. Demonstrated experience and success in external communications working with digital media, industry analysts and research firms.. Track-record of success in an environment where change is constant; fast paced and often with strict deadlines.. Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into consolidated, compelling messages.. Experience utilizing a number of communication vehicles to deliver messages..
