Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage the day-to-day digital communications for Bako brands, provide regular analytics, and drive lead generation through various digital channels. -The successful candidate will be fluent in digital and social tools from content management to social posting, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and flexible with strong multi-tasking skills to manage competing priorities. -The Marketing Specialist's role can be dynamic with opportunity to learn new skillsets and work across the various Commercial functions.

Position Requirements (Education, Experience, Licensure/Certifications)
- - - - - - - - -Bachelor's degree required
- - - - - - - - -1-2 years in Marketing
Familiarity with social media publishing and measurement platforms, including paid social campaigns
Experience with analytics software, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, as well as social media platform reporting
Strong aptitude for visual and interactive content creation in addition to text-based content
- - - - - - - - -Pardot and Salesforce.com experience required
- - - - - - - - -Google adwords and analytics experience required
- - - - - - - - -Experience in healthcare and communicating clinical content
- - - - - - - - -Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- - - - - - - - -Graphic design and web development experience a plus

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
Interact with physicians, employees and clients in a positive manner consistent with the mission and values of Bako Diagnostics.
Work with Creative Design Manager and Content Manager to drive increased digital content and education for Bako brands
Marketing Enablement and Analytics - support the effective and efficient allocation of resources
Develop Pardot campaigns, forms, templates, landing pages with custom code
Use Pardot and Salesforce to manage creation and integrity of target lists
Support creation of email templates and campaign content
Support creation of journeys
Develop, execute, and analyze client surveys
Manage Pardot analytics and reporting
Social Media Management
Develop compelling original content across digital and web platforms, and ensure that all communications are consistent with scientific accuracy.
Build and improve audience segmentation and engagement
Continue enhancing Adword strategy
Produce monthly reports that measure open/click-through rate reports, Google Analytics, social media growth, and other campaign data
Support enhancement of websites and customer experience
Support conference and sponsorship requests and submissions
Support live or virtual conference planning as needed
Support ad/media schedule and submissions
Develop or review and format/update PowerPoint presentations as needed
Continuing expansion of job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications
Special projects and other responsibilities as required

Working Conditions
General office work environment. Travel Requirements: -10-20%

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. -The employee is frequently required to use hands and reach with hands and arms. -The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
