Job DescriptionOur client is continuing to build a world class
Performance Media and Creative Agency in-house that is committed to
driving results with our retail and payments partners while also
delivering leading customer experiences. Within this in-house
agency, our Paid Media Team is focused on achieving growth by
making data-driven decisions to create meaningful interactions with
existing and potential customers.They are seeking a Media Planner
to assist with cross-channel strategy across SEM, paid social,
affiliate, and display/video (direct and programmatic). This role
will assist digital media planning leads across a wide array of
accounts, ensuring optimal mix to deliver against business goals,
managing budget cuts/incremental across accounts and leading our
channel teams down the right path for best possible
performance.Core needs:
- 3+ years of Paid Media experience either in a channel specific
media role or a strategy/planning role. This role will focus on
media planning/strategy.
- Candidates who have planned cross channel (paid search/paid
social/display) campaigns and managed cross channel budgets are
ideal.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help develop media strategy for marketing teams across the
enterprise, aligning business objectives to best use of paid media
channels to deliver maximum business impact
- Work collaboratively with platform owners and in-house agency
partners to ensure optimal channel distribution, orchestration and
performance
- Manage budgets for multiple clients, helping the team in
tracking incrementals and cuts
- Work through plan optimization recommendations with strategy
lead, as supported by channel performance and reporting
- Support building QBR's and media recommendations across all
clients you assist on
- Proactively investigate media opportunities and craft
well-supported, articulate POVs
- Partner with channel teams to share ideas, communicate
opportunities, and to identify and deliver new solutions for
campaignsExperience Desired:
- 3+ years of experience in developing multi-channel digital
strategy, including paid search, paid social, display and
programmatic media
- 2+ years working with teams/understanding campaign tracking,
tagging, and measurement and analytics tools like Google Analytics,
Tableau and LiveRamp
- Knowledge of key performance metrics against diverse marketing
goals, and how to apply those KPIs to media execution and
optimization
- 3+ years of agency experience in a media strategy role
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and
math proficiency
- Experience in direct response/acquisition campaignsSDL2017
