JOB SUMMARYThe Marketing & Communications role is responsible for providing communication and support to both internal and external partners. The primary focus is providing internal sales support to the Business Development (BD) function through the creation of content and communication channels. This role will support the coordination of BD events and National Conferences; will coordinate - out-facing communication portals-including email engagement, website, and customized materials that support BD functions; and will support internal engagement through team portals, recruiting advertising, social media engagements, key event publications, and other communications.

            ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
            • Supports local brand "refresh" primarily focused on partner website content design.
            • Coordinates external vendor relationships specifically related to email, web design, and branding for both local partners and the platform.
            • Assists Partners with CE events for their referring Doctors
            • Collaborates with CBDO and CEO to create a comprehensive marketing campaign to support the acquisition of new partners.
            • Owns development & delivery of content for a website, BD email campaigns, press releases, and doctor presentations (non-financial)
            • Owns BD support materials-the "OMS Solutions" for new partners-including case studies.
            • Coordinates National Event Planning around conferences-attendees, materials (booths, merchandise), and participation plan. Works with CBDO to establish annual budget & calendar plan.
            • Coordinates attendees and communication for "Day with OMS" on a quarterly basis.
            • Creates partner engagement on event follow-up in the form of surveys and "lessons learned" to support continuous process improvement
            • Develops a plan for an industry outreach program that positions OMS360 as a leader and influencer with consideration around an OMS360 newsletter as stage 1
            • Captures OMS360 events in a variety of formats: writing, photos, and videos for use with both internal and external partners - including town halls and key leadership events
            • Liaises with CEO and CPO to create internal communication and engagement tools and forums-including but not limited to -CEO updates, team portals, social media platforms
              ESSENTIAL SKILLS NECESSARY
              • Effective written, verbal, and electronic communication that is professional in both content and delivery
              • Technical savviness and expertise - up to date on communication tools and trends
              • Ability to tell a compelling story conveying both knowledge and meaning - connecting an audience at an emotional level
              • Ability to gain the trust and respect of the doctors, teams, and peers
              • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
              • Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise
              • Ability and willingness to think creatively - "outside the box"
              • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with various stakeholder groups
              • Ability to maintain confidentiality
              • Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
              • Practices shared accountability with other functional areas of the business
              • Willingness to adapt to changing needs - and adjust as necessary
                MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED
                • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
                • 2+ years in marketing/communications role
                • Content development experience
                • Flexible schedule
                • Preferred Requirements:
                • Healthcare experience
                • Web design experience
