The Search Engine Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing paid search initiatives on a tactical and strategic level. The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, has the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment. As a SEM manager, you often review and analyze data created and compiled by fellow SEM colleagues to develop an overall online marketing strategy or campaign, refining keywords, language, layout and other content on a website. You work with other professionals, like SEO specialists, digital marketing managers, copywriters and advertising teams to build the best website to draw consumers. This position requires expert knowledge of SEO tools and processes as well as the ability to effectively communicate and teach search marketing concepts to marketing team members, cross functional teams, and business stakeholders

  • Develop advanced SEO strategy, including harnessing the insights of SEM, to meet immediate and long-term company goals.
  • Build, launch, optimize, and maintain paid search campaigns for five (5) web properties
  • Research and implement methods to increase website traffic, search engine optimization and compare the strategies of competitors.
  • Coordinate paid search initiatives with other LT Marketing efforts to ensure consistent messaging
  • Build marketing strategies to acquire clinicians and clients utilizing landing page
  • Provide on-page optimization including keyword generation, page titles and meta descriptions, robots, and canonical tags
  • Exhibit a mastery of technical SEO topics surrounding crawling, indexation, and ranking signals, both on and off site
    Reporting - 25%
    • Provide performance reporting and analysis on website KPIs and various marketing initiatives
    • Collaborate across departments on SEM initiatives
    • Collaborate with digital marketing team to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns
      • Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
      • Working knowledge of Salesforce or relative CRM systems
      • Working knowledge of document management systems
      • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
