Job Description:

and selling experience. In this role, you will collaborate with a
dynamic team to ensure high-quality automotive repairs and
maintenance, directly contributing to the trust and safety of our
customer’s experiences. Diagnose vehicle malfunctions using
advanced diagnostic tools. Perform routine vehicle maintenance
tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad
replacements. Collaborate with team members to discuss repair plan
and delegate tasks. Ensure all vehicle repairs meet or exceed
CarMax’s quality standards. Utilize problem-solving skills to
address complex automotive issues, ensuring reliable and efficient
service. Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with
CarMax's protocols. Educate customers on automotive maintenance and
aftercare. Strong proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and
software. Excellent technical skills in vehicle repair and
maintenance. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to
detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills, able to explain technical details
to non-technical audiences. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred.
State-specific certifications may be required.
