do. Position Overview: We are currently looking to hire a Public
Works Laborer, this position will support a wide range of
construction and maintenance tasks, with a strong emphasis on
concrete work. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on
concrete finishing or forming experience who is also willing to
assist with other public works duties. Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties on public works projects including
site prep, cleanup, and equipment use. Assist with concrete
placement, forming, finishing, and repair for sidewalks, curbs,
gutters, and related structures. Operate hand tools, power tools,
and small equipment safely and effectively. Support crew leads and
foremen with day-to-day project tasks. Ensure compliance with
project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and maintain
productivity. Qualifications: Previous concrete experience required
(finishing, forming, or placement). 1 years of construction or
public works labor preferred. Ability to perform physically
demanding tasks in outdoor environments. Reliable transportation to
and from the job site. Strong work ethic, dependability, and
