We are seeking passionate, dedicatedLead Teachersfor both ourElementary I (grades 1 3)andElementary II (grades 4 6)classrooms. The ideal candidate will bring a deep respect for children, a commitment to the Montessori method, and a high level ofprofessionalism and flexibilityto their role in guiding and supporting our students.Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a developmentally appropriate Montessori environment
• Guide students in academic, social, and emotional development in alignment with Montessori principles
• Collaborate with staff and parents to support student growth and success
• Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress
• Model and foster a culture of respect, responsibility, professionalism, and adaptability in the classroomPreferred Qualifications:
  • AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accreditedMontessori Certificationfor the appropriate age group
  • Bachelor s degree (required) in Education or related field
  • Classroom teaching experience, preferably in a Montessori setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
