What Youll Do: Teach Swim Lessons: Lead swim lessons for children
of various ages and skill levels, tailoring your approach to help
each student succeed. Safety & Compliance: Ensure the safety of all
students in and around the water by following safety protocols and
guidelines. Track Progress: Monitor and assess student progress,
providing feedback to both students and parents to support
continuous improvement. Collaborate & Support: Work closely with
other instructors to create a fun and engaging learning
environment. Share knowledge, support each other, and grow as a
team. Promote Positive Culture: Foster a supportive, inclusive, and
fun atmosphere that builds confidence in students and contributes
to a positive work culture. What Youll Bring: Passion for Working
with Children: Youre enthusiastic about teaching kids and creating
an enjoyable, safe space for them to learn. Strong Communication
Skills: You can build positive relationships with students and
