Responsibility Statement: Communicate New Product introduction status throughout Manufacturing and other disciplines. Coordinate New Product development tasks and help determine extended team resource allocations with functional Manufacturing managers. Ensure the flow of material to support New Product schedules in a cost effective manner. Ensure the planning, management and execution of New Product development tasks and deliverables are carried out within operations. Manages performance of a team of experienced professionals and managers through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of team. Provide leadership and direction to Manufacturing extended team resources. Provides performance review input into team members performance based on expectations. Schedule and manage New Product prototype and pre-production manufacturing. This will include DFT, DFM, costs, schedules and overall contract manufacturing readiness. Will be the project leader for assigned programs to ensure all RTM criteria is met or exceeded.
