Summary/Objective:
The Process Engineer II will be responsible for overseeing and
improving the manufacturing processes within the plant. This role
will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
the efficient and effective operation of production processes,
implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring
compliance with quality standards. The Process Engineer will also
be involved in new product introductions, process optimization,
troubleshooting, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's
Specialized Degree: Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical
Preferred)
Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing
environmentPreferred Certificates: Six Sigma Green Belt
Preferred Field of Expertise: Wire and Cable
Travel, Physical Requirements, Working Conditions, and
Equipment:Travel: Domestic
% of Time: Up to 10%
