Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a
skilled and motivated CNC Field Technician to join our dynamic
team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming,
setting up, and troubleshooting CNC machines to ensure efficient
production runs. Responsibilities Install CNC Mills and CNC Lathes
for various production tasks. Read and interpret G-Code to ensure
accurate machine operations. Implement GD&T principles Set up
machines for production runs, including tooling and fixtures.
Conduct CNC machine repairs and maintenance as needed. Assist in
the installation of CNC machines at customer sites. Collaborate
with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
Qualifications Proven experience with CNC Mills and CNC Lathes.
Solid understanding of GD&T and its application in CNC
machining. Experience with machine setups. Knowledge of CNC
tooling. Ability to perform CNC machine repairs and maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You should
be proficient in: GD&T G-Code Machine Setups for Production
Runs CNC Tooling CNC Programming CNC Machine Repair CNC Machine
Installation Machines & technologies you'll use: CNC Mill (3-4 axis
VMC) CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) CAM Software Salary info: $25 - $31 /
hr
