Job Description Job Description HVAC TECHNICIAN Automation Personnel Services is seeking several HVAC Technician for an industrial paint specialist in Chattanooga, TN. This is a company specializing in all aspects paint and janitorial manufacturing. This is an outstanding temporary to hire contractor position. Pay Rate s: $22.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities Inspect HVAC/R systems, controls and components, computerized electrical circuits and systems including freon levels Maintain air-conditioning, heating, ventilation and refrigerated cooling, commercial mechanical and electrical systems Conduct all monthly preventative maintenance throughout facility Change rooftop filters per facilities schedules Respond to service calls for repairs in a timely manner Properly document all work conducted Adhere to safety standards (OSHA) and environmental regulations (EPA) HVAC Technician Qualifications and Requirements EPA certification-Licensed to work on industrial HVAC systems Must have experience working with HVAC systems in an industrial plant to be considered for this position. Knowledge of the fundamentals of HVAC/R equipment and troubleshooting techniques, environmental regulations for refrigerants for City, State and EPA regulations. Work in extreme temps, confined spaces, and lift heavy equipment.
