A sign-on bonus of up to $1500 is also available, dependent on experience. SCHEDULE: As our HVAC Service Technician, you will dispatch daily to job sites directly from your home, working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM. ALL WE NEED FROM YOU IS: Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record 2 years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic abilities and technical knowledge Excellent communication and customer service skills EPA certification Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus! WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN: Your day starts at home, dispatching to various job sites to address HVAC needs. You troubleshoot issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and test systems for optimal performance. You clearly communicate findings and solutions to homeowners, providing upgrade options to help them make informed decisions. Supported by your team and equipped with the right tools and training, you adhere to safety protocols, building trust and strong connections with every homeowner.
