Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in integrated energy solutions, is
seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team.
This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal operation and
efficiency of HVAC systems for our diverse clientele including
residential, commercial, and public sector facilities. As a key
member of our services team, you will play an integral role in
supporting our commitment to sustainable energy management and
exceptional service delivery. Install, repair, and maintain HVAC
systems and components across various settings. Conduct regular
maintenance checks and calibrations for optimal system performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, applying
effective solutions to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with
all safety and environmental codes, policies, and regulations.
Educate and advise customers on system maintenance to maximize
energy efficiency and safety. Collaborate with team members and
other departments to deliver high-quality customer service.
Proficient in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC
systems. Strong troubleshooting and technical diagnostic skills.
Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical manuals.
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Capable of
handling physically demanding tasks and working in various
environmental conditions. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Technician Certification required.
Additional certifications such as NATE (North American Technician
Excellence) certification preferred.
