Computer Based Training Developer-Alpharetta, Georgia Dates of
Internship - June 1st-August 14th, 2026 About Arclin Arclin is a

continuous improvement and advanced training. Position Overview The
Computer-Based Training (CBT) Developer Intern will support
Arclin's Manufacturing Training team in developing modern,
engaging, and effective digital learning content. This internship
is ideal for a student interested in instructional design,
multimedia development, technical communications, or
industrial/manufacturing environments. The intern will work closely
with subject matter experts and manufacturing leaders to translate
technical processes into interactive training modules for employees
across multiple facilities. This role offers exposure to real-world
manufacturing operations while developing professional-level
e-learning materials that will be used across Arclin's network. Key
Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and
implementation of computer-based training modules for manufacturing
processes, safety procedures, and equipment operations. Convert
technical information from engineers, plant leadership, and SMEs
into easy to understand visual and interactive learning content.
Develop or support creation of multimedia elements such as
graphics, animations, screen recordings, voiceover scripts, and
assessments. Help standardize training templates, formatting, and
visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all modules.
Participate in meetings with Manufacturing, Safety, and Operations
teams to gather requirements and verify training accuracy. Edit and
update existing e-learning courses to reflect process improvements
or safety updates. Assist with organizing and maintaining the
digital training content library. Provide feedback and testing
support to ensure training modules function as intended on the
chosen LMS or delivery platform. This Computer Based Training
Developer Internship is responsible for taking corporate Standard
Operating Procedures, (SOP) and converting them to a power point
presentation and adding voice over dictation of the SOP and upload
into training system (Limnos). In addition, gather the “Key”
training points of the training and create online testing to
understand competency of CBT. This position reports to the Training
Guardian, with support and direction from the SVP of Manufacturing.
Qualifications: • Strong and creative use of Power Point
presentation and AI generated voice over. • Proven experience in
designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a
manufacturing or technical environment. • Strong communication and
presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively with
cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Excellent organizational
and time management skills. • Proficiency in learning management
systems and other training technologies. • Knowledge of
instructional design principles and adult learning theory. This
work is Hybrid onsite and remote work. Must be able to commute when
needed to our corporate office in Alpharetta, Georgia. Desired
Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design,
Multimedia Design, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Technical
Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in e-learning
development and digital content creation. Familiarity with
multimedia or authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe
Creative Suite, Camtasia, or similar). Ability to break down
complex technical concepts into simple, clear instructional steps.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Curiosity about manufacturing operations and willingness to learn
