What: Manage HVAC construction projects from kickoff through completion while coordinating vendors, permits, and field execution. When: Full-time, immediate need. Where: Based in Ball Ground, GA with travel to job sites approximately two days per week. Why: Support continued growth and increasing demand for HVAC project execution. Office Environment: Hybrid between office in Ball Ground and field job sites with moderate travel. Salary: $70,000–$80,000 base plus travel support and advancement opportunity. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to step into a Project Management role overseeing HVAC installation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and field teams. ? Key Responsibilities: Provide weekly project updates to customers Coordinate permits with local municipalities Manage vendors including cranes, rental equipment, and subcontractors Travel to job sites (~2 days/week) to supervise crews and ensure progress Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones Qualifications: ?
