Job Description:
PROJECT MANAGER Alpharetta GA 6 months with possible hire
Description Looking for a Project Manager with 5 years of
experience who is organized, has good written communication, and
able to keep good documentation. Must be located in the Atlanta
area as this person will need to come to the Alpharetta office
occasionally. The main job responsibilities will be assisting with
the Cloud migration, DealerTrack migration, tracking UAT questions,
and performing auto professional services support Cloud Migration
Pre-Migration Activities Track each Auto customers UAT questions
Track INCs that are opened Ensure Auto SREs (DevOps Group) are
aware of trouble tickets that are opened. Track each Auto
customer's UAT sign-off Contact customers that have not responded
to UAT sign-off requests. Provide reportingstatus on Auto UAT
Post-Migration Activities Monitor Auto ProSvcs Group email box for
communication from customer regarding production issues Track INCs
that are opened Ensure Auto SREs are aware of trouble tickets that
are opened. Provide reportingstatus on INCs. DealerTrack Migration
Pre-Migration Activities Track Dealer Ensure Auto SREs are aware of
trouble tickets that are opened. Obtain DealerTrack's UAT sign-off
Post-Migration Activities Monitor Auto ProSvcs Group email box for
communication from customer regarding production issues Track INCs
that are opened Ensure Auto SREs are aware of trouble tickets that
are opened. Provide reportingstatus on INCs. Auto Professional
Services Support PM tasks ensuring daily updates to JIRA for BAU
work Assist in internal follow-up on Auto ProSvcs engagement
modelflow Monitoring SNOW ticket requests. UAT UAT Sign-off When
all defects are resolved, the UAT team formally accepts (or
recommends acceptance to the project manager) the software
application as developed. The approval shows that the application
meets user requirements and is deployable.
