We are seeking a talented Data Operations Administration Manager to join our Enterprise Technology Organization (ETO). In this role, the portfolio manager will work closely with the SVP of Data Management in managing all Data Projects. What You Can Look Forward to Manage and maintain the master list of all projects and programs within the Data Management Portfolio, ensuring all project information is up to date. The tracker is the Data Management SVPrsquos main reference for all data projects across all stages of the project lifecycle, BAU tasks and follow up items. Lead the weekly Data Management Portfolio review call, attended by functional leads across ETO. Coordinate project status collection with Project Managers. Partner across ETO and non-ETO areas to synchronize on scope and dependencies for the portfolio. Prepare Data Management Portfolio review materials. Monitor and track Data Management BAU tasks and pre control tower projects in planning. Ensure Project Prioritization Resourcing model accurately reflects needs of the Data Management team. Work closely with other Portfolio Managers and Data Management resource managers as needed and in coordination with PMO functions. Drive continuous improvement within the portfolio. Consistently works to ensure complete transparency regarding the content and direction of the portfolio. Active member in and champion of the portfolio governance process. Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team andor management. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks. What Yoursquoll Need to Succeed Bachelorrsquos degree in Information Technology or 8 or more yearrsquos equivalent experience including at least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience required. PMP certification preferred, but not required. Deep understanding and significant experience in a technology environment. Deep understanding of project and program management activities. Demonstrated ability in coordinating, prioritizing and driving multiple simultaneous technologybusiness projects. Significant communication experience interacting with VPs and SVPs on a regular basis and excellent interpersonal skills. Proven experience creating clear and concise PowerPoint presentations. Ability to aggregate incoming information from technical teams and consolidate it into presentations. Ability to work with remote resources. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to quickly grasp and assimilate complex information and make influence rapid fact-based decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint. Why Join CO-OP?
