Manager of Global Mobility and Immigration role is a key role on
the PS (HR) Operations team. Responsible for designing and
implementing a global mobility and immigration program for the
enterprise, which includes defining policy. Responsible for
assessing, evaluating, selecting, and establishing critical working
relationships with our Immigration, Relocation and Tax vendors and
internal Tax and Legal departments, to provide the most effective,
efficient, and seamless support system to our employee. Ensures
employees and third-party entities performing work on behalf of
Change Healthcare are compliant with all U.S. federal and state
immigration laws and regulations. What will be my duties and
responsibilities in this job?Manage service providers on all points
of execution on relocation and domestic and international
assignment issues, and work with employees on relocation initiation
and execution, as well as partnering with the immigration provider
to ensure smooth handoff in obtaining necessary immigration
authorizations. Solicits the support of appropriate SME such as
legal, tax, finance to resolve complicated immigration and tax
issues.Ensure the execution of both the domestic and international
assignments and transfer processes are done end-to-end. Work on
standard international assignment tax issues with outside tax
provider and serve as primary contact for employee on basic tax
questions and detailed assignment requestsProvide support and
consultation to People Solutions Business Partners (PSBPs) and
cross-functional business unit managers for Global Mobility and
Global Immigration.Partners internally for matters related to visa
and immigration in the US, Canada, Europe, Israel, Ireland, and
other countries as needed.Partners with key stakeholders and other
functional areas, to manage global immigration program, including
strategy of permanent residency applications, visa processes,
timelines, and budgets.Responsible for global immigration audit of
legal requirements and local practices, including implementation of
process improvements to meet necessary standards.Educates internal
team members on multiple country visa and immigration processes,
regulations, and restrictions.Provide support for projects
including research, process definition, consultation with PS and
business.Communicate and train PS and business on global mobility
and Immigration programs.What are the requirements needed for this
position?Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related
field6 -8 years--- experience with Global Business Immigration &
Mobility or comparable role preferred.Leadership managing teams
directly or indirectlyUnderstanding of U.S. government regulations
affecting visa and immigration (USCIS, DOL, etc.)
preferredKnowledge of F-1/OPT and J-1, H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1,
PERM and Global visasStrong project management and organizational
skills required.Ability to navigate multiple functional parties and
strong influence skills required,Exceptional client relationship
skills and Strong oral and written communications skillsProcess
improvement and analytical mindset is necessary.Comfort with
ambiguity and ability to use sound judgment to drive complex issues
to resolution and influence others to achieve results.Ability to
work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment, by prioritizing
and recognizing tasks and situations which require a sense of
urgencyStrong Excel & PowerPoint skillsWhat other skills/experience
would be helpful to have?Experience with Workday a plusExperience
with immigration document technology/platformsProvide in-depth
counsel with analysis of US immigration processes, identification
of process and policy gaps, drafting of policy and process
revisions and assist with the implementation of new or revised
programsWhat are the working conditions and physical requirements
