customers first.About the RoleSUMMARYThis Executive Services
manager is responsible for leading 10 relationship managers within
our elite segment. The primary role is developing talented
relationship managers to deliver world-class experiences at every
interaction point A successful manager will build a highly engaged
culture to drive incremental asset retention and retail engagement
through needs-based education of ETRADE---s
products.RESPONSIBILITIESCreate a positive environment by
motivating, encouraging, and engaging employees with fairness and
integrityTrain, coach, motivate and mentor the career development
of associates and provide performance guidance; provide checkpoints
and milestones within a development planReview and evaluate random
customer interactions dailyProvide feedback to drive improvement
and quality as well as identifying areas of strengths and
recognizing accomplishmentsPartners with associates to establish
goals and objectives according to the performance career
development program ensuring the personal and professional success
of their associatesProvide high level of service while further
strengthening the client relationships by anticipating needs,
aligning, and proposing ETRADE FINANCIAL products and services
where appropriateApprove hours worked for associatesDrive stage
three revenue growth through the development of training and
coachingPerformance management for each team memberProvide industry
expertise to ensure associates meet goals and provide a high level
of customer satisfactionResearch and resolve complex and difficult
customer issues related to ETRADE Financial accountsUnderstand and
analyze metrics/ reports and drive efficiency and quality within
teamInterview and identify candidates with required skills who meet
the job profileEffectively communicate issues related to the
customer experience to associates, fellow supervisors and
management in a timely mannerManagement and Review of all
compliance/audit related required actionsQualificationsBasicSeries
7, 63, and 24 LicensesBS / BA Degree or equivalent combination of
education, training, and experience2 years management within
Brokerage/Investment Banking IndustryPreferredCapacity to learn new
skills and knowledge on an independent level to enhance personal
development and achieve career goalsMust be flexible to meet the
needs of a challenging environment of fluctuating business needs,
having the ability to lead employees through changeIntegrity and
the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain
confidentialityHistory of demonstrating excellence and ---above and
