In this role, you have the opportunity to The MPM will lead and implement the Service Support Strategy for their modality. Work with NSSs to identify parts quality issues, lower field replacement unit opportunities to lower COGs and improve productivity. Establish our key serviceability and reliability priorities. Conduct monthly BU performance reviews to ensure mutual accountability. Address the quality of parts issues with the BU to ensure a resolution strategy with commitments and accountability. Address field productivity improvement needs with BIU and ensure resolution. Attend or lead FCO Governance Board meetings to ensure BU FCO Prioritization is understood and agreed to with clear ETAs established. The MPM will ensure expected business results are achieved for their assigned modality. These include, but are not limited to Materials usage vs. AOP, Material Savings Initiatives vs. Plan, COGs vs. AOP, Labor and Material Performance Goals to Global Norms (if applicable), Customer Loyalty and NPS vs. Targets, I&W Costs vs. Standard and AOP. The MPM may also be asked to participate in business improvement initiatives such as First Visit Fix (FVF), Time to System Up (TTSU), One Part Fix (OPF) or other initiatives as prioritized by leadership. You are responsible for (but not limited to) Analyze Data and Determine Root Causes for Parts Quality Issues Determine cost savings potential for implementing Lower Field Replaceable Units (FRUs) Analyze and Determine Root Causes for Top 3 Good Returns Parts. Analyze and Determine Root Cause for the Top 3 Field Service Issues, Product Issues & Field Support Needs. Analyze and Determine Top CM Outliers & Root Causes Analyze and Determine Top Warranty & Installation Outliers & Root Causes Analyze and Determine Root Cause for Top No Fault Found (NFF) Parts. Provide Analytical Support and Guidance to MPM's and National Support Specialist's (NSS's) Partner with MPM Team (across modalities) Identify and Clarify the top 3 productivity, process, material usage improvement needs. Support MPM with the NPI and alignment with Sales & Marketing. Validate readiness for related sign offs on milestones such as Request for Approval (RfA) Request for Limited Delivery (RfLD) and Request for Value Delivery (RfVD). Validate CS pre-requisites for these milestones Participate in Monthly BIU Modality Performance Review & Mutual Accountability Meetings. Initiate & Implement initiatives to reduce parts consumption focused on Top outliers of Parts consumed. Initiate & Implement initiatives with BIU & Field to address Top FSE Productivity outliers and Improvement needs. Initiate & Implement initiatives with the NSSs, and field service teams to address inadequate Training Content & Service Documentation. Research & Validate Serviceability Requirements for NPIs. Functions as the CS Serviceability validator on NPI roll out and MPM point of contact. Align with BIUs and develop project plans on the top 3 Modality Performance improvement initiatives that need to be implemented in the Field. Lead and Implement initiatives to improve NPS and Customer Loyalty. Project Lead NSSs on initiated projects and programs & ensure their active engagement and are participation in identifying issues, carrying out assignments and implementing solutions. Provide guidance and advice to your NSS team on content for FSE training and troubleshooting seminars to continuously improve Modality Performance and Results. You are a part of a team That drives productivity, profitability, and the customer experience by collaborating with global business units to champion change and increase product reliability. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 2 year/ Associates Degree Required; 4-year technical degree preferred 5 years servicing applicable modality equipment required, 10 years preferred. Demonstrated skills and experience with troubleshooting and resolving image quality issues. Experience with reviewing and understanding the clinical image quality needs for your applicable modality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient at resolving problems remotely Ability to work cohesively and effectively with Sales & Sales Specialists, Clinical Applications, Research & Development and Senior Management employees at all levels / departments of the organizations. Demonstrated leadership skills. Disciplined and timely use of customer escalation tools and processes. Be available 24 x 7 via phone or pager as per schedule Travel will be determined according to business requirements Self-starter, self-motivated This position will require you to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests.
