Job Description:

Seeking a Director of Manufacturing for a leading medical device company. This position will manage the day-to-day manufacturing processes and drive KPIs and order fulfillment globally. Only candidates with electromechanical medical device production experience will be considered.

Director of Manufacturing Responsibilities:

Hire, train, develop and lead production team in US and internationally
Analyze production data & manage KPIs to drive initiatives and achieve manufacturing and quality objectives
Lead E, H and S programs
Assure optimization of plant capacity
Director of Manufacturing Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering, Technology or Scientific Discipline - Masters preferred.
- 10+ years of manufacturing/distribution management of electromechanical medical devices
- Working knowledge of Quality (ISO 13485), Regulatory (FDA), Supply Chain, Mfg Processes, Budgeting, etc
- E-business and E-procurement systems.
- Commitment to safety, sustainability, social responsibility, regulatory excellence, integrity, diversity, equity, and inclusion
  Director of Manufacturing Benefits:
  - Base salary - $140-170K doe
  - Annual bonus potential
