Learn more about KaVo Dental at .Job Description:The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of downstream marketing activities in North America for assigned products and services within the KaVo Imaging Business Unit. The Marketing Manager will lead strategy and growth initiatives for a product category within KaVo Imaging. This team member will drive campaign creation, promotional strategy, product messaging, channel and digital marketing investment, and campaign ROI. This role works within a remote team across the US and office space available if located in Alpharetta, GA or Brea, CA.Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds programs that will drive engagement with key audiences.
  • Understands market dynamics and product positioning to create effective, comprehensive plans and measurement tools to clearly communicate with others, drive adoption and share learning across the team.
  • Develops and executes digital marketing strategies across social media marketing, trade publications, email, paid search, and web/landing pages.
  • Prioritizes multiple requests and work on diverse tasks simultaneously
  • Influences decisions by effectively using data and customer knowledge to advocate for the most effective audience-centric strategies and tactics.
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with cross functional departments and marketing teams to effectively lead and coordinate the activity of multi-functional teams.
  • Requires a good understanding of marketing principles and a natural curiosity and passion for understanding the needs of dentists and their patients
  • Performs such similar, comparable or related duties as may be required.Job Requirements:Education and/or Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
    • 5+ years of relevant commercial marketing or brand management experience.
    • Alternatively, 3+ years of demonstrated success within the dental, medical or consumer products industry.Preferred:
      • Own the marketing programs for specific products, categories, and be able to solve commercial marketing problems and offer solutions. Ideally prior experience in agency digital marketing.
      • Experience in measuring marketing ROI and ability to analyze marketing and sales data to drive revenue and margin improvement.
      • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communications skills.
      • Ability to influence teams, vision for growth, and marketing strategy.
      • Creativity to develop new ideas through collaboration.
      • Ability to run marketing programs with a digital emphasis.
      • Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
      • Experience using CRM - Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.Physical Demands:The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
