PumpingSol in Alpharetta GA, small manufacturing company seeks experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to handle a variety of duties Accounting, Purchasing, HR, basic office support. Proficiency with QuickBooks and MS Office applications is a must. Our people have built many simple to complex packaged fluid handling systems scattered all over the globe. We love what we do and enjoy working together. Ideal Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a small business and reside within a 10-mile distance and have skills in accounting, HR purchasing and administrative support. Confidentiality is a must, reliability, attention to details, results driven and good time management. Flexibility in work schedule is required. Benefits are: paid PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision and 401k. Pay is negotiable based on skills and experience. Job Requirements: Assist Company Principal with bookkeeping and administrative duties. Full-fledged accounting AR, AP and reporting. Prepares & processes invoices to clients, and payments to vendors. Human resources & payroll functions. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements. Prepares and files sales-tax, unemployment, business applications and other required reports. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. Solicit pricing and negotiates pricing discounts from vendors. Orders parts for projects and for internal needs. Arranges for shipping and processes shipping documentation. Assist company managers and engineers with a variety of daily task, such as arranging and picking up meals and office events as requested by management. Variety of administrative and assistant duties. Interact & communicate with colleagues, customers and company vendors. Answering the phone and participates in special departmental projects. Flexibility and willingness to do whatever it takes.
