In this role, you have the opportunity to As a Customer Transformation Manager you will be responsible for developing clinical remote patient monitoring customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction, and advocating for our customers internally. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our product and services and to improve any areas of dissatisfaction. You will have to coordinated with technical and support teams to keep customers satisfied with the business's product high. You will make the world healthier and more sustainable through innovation, with the goal of improving the lives of 2 billion people a year by 2025. You are responsible for Work with customers on major issue resolutions and identifying areas of potential growthFind opportunities for continuous improvementPoint of contact for any customer issue escalationsLead cross functionally to resolve customer issuesImprove the customer experienceEnsure a complete customer feedback loopAlign with Sales on customer retention and satisfactionWork with sales team to identify possible customer references About our Remote Patient Monitoring Solutions By 2025 we aspire to improve the lives of patients by supporting access to patient data through our RPM solution. Philips RPM unites providers and their patients data to help expand their ability to bring quality care to the home.We see a growing demand for patient monitoring in the home and a rise in chronic conditions and comorbidities. Healthcare systems struggle with the reduced availability of expert clinicians, financial constraints, and lack of standardization in many areas of care.RPM is a critical enabler to transform healthcare delivery, to connect patients and caregivers across the continuum and achieve the quadruple aim. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated adoption of RPM driven by surges in intensive care units and decrease of in-person visits. We believe that in-person visits will resume and critical ill patients will decrease post pandemic, however we expect RPM usage to remain higher than pre-pandemic levels as providers and patients demand flexible, convenient care delivery options and structural challenges of resource gaps remain.In keeping up with these changes, Philips is making the transition to a health informatics company with a focus on outcomes that meet the quadruple aim. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience BA/BS degree 4 + years of customer service, consulting, sales, or account management experience in clinical healthcare environmentStrong preference for outpatient and / or remote patient monitoring experienceExperience in customer facing role with SaaS, cloud, and/or subscription productsExperience in the healthcare marketUnderstanding of the technology, processes and business models involved in supporting SaaS company customersOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong Presentation skills and experience working with C-Level Executives.Customer focused, and able to deliver very high levels of customer satisfaction.Able to perform well in the face of tight deadlines with technical and/or organizational challenges.Potential travel of up to 25%US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
