In 2019 Worldline generated a proforma revenue of 5.3 billion euros. worldline.com The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of the Companys content and social media initiatives in support of the business strategy, market goals and organizational objectives within the North America Region. Through a detailed understanding of the core principles of marketing, corporate communications and social media, the Content Marketing Manager will coordinate highly successful communication campaigns and programs through all phases of development, launch and maintenance. The role demands a broad scope of writing experience, so the ideal candidate will have the right combination of solid marketing writing ability, journalistic sensibility and editorial experience. You will develop content marketing assets to be used for web site, lead generation campaigns, PR/corporate communications, social media and other channels. Youll build communications that educate and engage prospects, customers and partners and helps position the company as a thought leader within a highly competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Produce smart, engaging, industry-leading editorial content, to support marketing and other strategic initiatives. Thought leadership content: Develop thought leadership content (i.e. white papers, case studies, blogs, videos, social media posts) by collaborating with subject matter experts in the business unit and in solution/sales organization. . Manage the North America blog sites (U.S. and Canada) and editorial calendar, including recruiting and managing various copywriters. This includes providing guidance on content to the Mexico Marketing Manager for the Mexico blog. Product marketing and sales enablement: Craft compelling content, messaging and sales enablement tools (collateral, web copy, presentations) that resonate with our direct (retail, restaurant, healthcare, hotel & lodging, etc.) and indirect (Acquirers/processors, ISOs, ISVs, VARs, gateway providers, etc.) market segments and buyer personas. Through creative writing and copy editing, ensure all marcom programs clearly communicate customer focus, strong value propositions and appropriate calls to action. Develop and deliver daily social media content to relevant communities that support business goals, while ensuring effective and professional image and an accurate portrayal of business strategies. Regularly update web copy and digital content on the companys U.S. and Canada websites via content management system. Collaborate with the corporate marketing team in Paris to make updates to web structure and/or page templates, add new technical features, etc. Perform keyword research and link building in coordination with current business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities Collaborate with internal and external resources (graphic designers, etc.) to generate new content and identify creative ways to repurpose, reformat and revise existing content into various output channels. Maintain a working knowledge of all company news and businesses to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information that meets business and corporate objectives. Ensure brand compliance for all materials produced by the marketing team for the region and support rebranding and marketing transitions. Collaborate with internal teams through the content development cycle to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, on-strategy and support brand and business goals. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications and social media programs in real time by collecting data and producing reports. Ensure that insights are integrated into current and future strategies. Manage and update internal and external repositories of marketing assets (presentations, collateral, graphics, communications and marketing campaigns). (This list is not exhaustive, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as required to fulfill the role) Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in communications, marketing, journalism/English, advertising or related discipline Years of professional experienced required: 6+ years of relevent experience in the B2B technology or payments space. Specific areas of experience or expertise: Exemplary writing and editing skills, in both short-form messaging and longer-form editorial work Experience converting comprehensive product or industry information into customer-friendly messaging Demonstrates brand management and content development experience in highly competitive, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong track record of meeting business performance goals through the development and execution of innovative marketing communications programs. Creative thinking, team-oriented, hands-on marketing innovator comfortable working in a a large global company as an individual contributor. Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation systems Experience website content management systems preferred Strong working knowledge of, and experience, with established and emerging social media platforms (including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Clubhouse etc.) Familiarity with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends, developments and best practices Intermediate level of graphic design and HTML skills a plus High degree of proficiency in Microsoft office (primarily Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
