An experienced leader with responsibilities supporting a team of
Relationship Managers within our Executive Services high net worth
segment. This role requires a successful track record in recruiting
talented team members, training, career development, goal setting,
team morale, monitoring and coaching to KPI's, and annual
evaluations. Identifies and targets areas requiring improvement and
drives solutions that reduce costs while delivering world class
service. Works closely with senior leadership to assist with
strategic direction on executing our mission. Drive
solutions/processes that improve satisfaction and increase
associate productivity and efficiency. Apply In-depth knowledge of
company procedures, securities regulatory requirements and other
processes to effectively manage responsibilities. This role is a
key liaison within the Morgan Stanley @ Work Leadership team,
supporting efforts in the both the acquisition and retention of
Morgan Stanley Corporate Clients.
Must be able to remain calm, professional and in control in a
volatile business environment.Must be focused on bottom line
performance and constantly looking at ways to improve overall
performance, sales, customer satisfaction and entire customer
experience.Ability to set and achieve stretch goals while working
independently.Can Identify, recruit, and develop key talent.Seeks
opportunities to grow business and drive sales by capitalizing on
firm initiatives.Ensure retention of participants through
concierge-type comprehensive support.Must be dedicated to exceeding
the expectations of clients and must have outstanding oral
communication, inter-personal and written communication skills;
this will be necessary to provide a superior level of service,
satisfaction, and to successfully close sales.Utilize independent
decision-making skills to handle and resolve issues.Ability to work
independently.Computer literacy including familiarity with online
services, PC skills, and technical resolution. Ability to
troubleshoot basic to advanced technical problems.Excellent
organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple
tasks.Ability to work flexible shift assignment.
8+ years management within Brokerage/Investment Banking
IndustryDemonstrated success managing a team focused on retention
and reinvestment of stock plan participants consisting of high
value clients consisting of c-suite executives, board members,
etc.Series 7,66,9/10 Required.
Proven mentor and commitment to goals-based planning and
adviceProven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive
business plan focused on growth, retention, and driving
revenue.Detailed understanding of the securities industry including
equity compensation, trading (equity/derivatives),Mutual
Funds/ETF's, Bonds, wrap products, lending.
