  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the groupRequired Qualifications, US:
    • 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • Demonstrated experience in payments, more specifically Merchant Services
      • Demonstrated experience in Policy and Regulatory Change Management
      • Knowledge and understanding of risk management
      • Strong process and project management skills; prior experience with planning and execution
      • Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvement
      • Demonstrated experience managing change through influence versus authority
      • Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation plans
      • Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
      • Ability to prepare and present senior level communications; advanced skills in excel, PowerPoint, Word
      • Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management
      • Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation plans
      • Experience with strategy development and implementation
      • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
      • Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change
      • Ability to research, analyze, document, and present organizational metrics that drive business decisions
      • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
      • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
      • Ability to multitask efficiently while paying close attention to detail
      • Capable to deliver high quality output

        • Facilitate cross functional impact assessment of change across stakeholders
        • Develop comprehensive action and implementation plans
        • Deliver business level reporting, reviewing for purposes of monitoring implementation plans, escalation of off track plans and manage governance
        • Identify observations, themes and trends acting as an advisor to frontline teams.
