Job Description:
Applied Resource Group is looking for an experienced Manager of
Paid Search to partner with collective Demand Generation teams in
the activation of Paid Search Media. Key function is to collaborate
with peer Managers across Media Strategy & Planning to maintain
business outcomes/insights performance reporting and financial
stewardship.RESPONSIBILITIES:Paid SearchResponsible for
implementing, executing and continually optimizing effective paid
search campaignsManage paid search bid management using
best-in-class match type strategies, campaign settings, demographic
targeting, remarketing, custom audience lists, and custom-built
automationBe prepared to activate against pre-aligned strategies,
but also have influence on future strategies based on insights
and/or shared learnings from internal peers inside biddable
orgDemonstrates a "big picture" understanding of clients' marketing
strategy that can be translated into Paid Search specific
executionDevelop Search strategies and recommendations for annual
and ad hoc plans.Possess a well-developed analytical ability and a
proven track record of extracting tangible insights from large data
setsAbility to pull data from Paid Search platforms quickly and
efficientlyAdminister bid management tools to accurate pace daily
paid search budgets; Implement and test strategies designed to
increase conversion rates and continually improve CPA, CAC,CPSV and
ROAS across national campaignsChannels you'll be expected to have
deep experience with include Google Search, Microsoft Search, App
Download and App Engagement Campaigns and Apple Search AdsWork with
your team to ensure billing and budget pacing is handled accurately
and on timeMentor, train, and develop Associate Managers on
biddable team to continually strengthen the departmentAgency and
Cross-Functional Internal Teams CollaborationExhibit confident
communication skills with various internal leadership heads,
including brand CMOs to effectively present tactical paid search
plans and campaign status reports on a regular basis or as
neededInterface with external/internal teams in managing requests
concerning processes and deliverables. This will include but not be
limited to internal brand and enterprise analytics teams and 3rd
party auditorsPartner with Managers of MS&P and the agency
relationship at the "pod" levelProvide insights on competitive
tracking on a regular basis and/or as neededPartner with the media
analytics team to measure impact of ongoing campaigns and overall
planPartner Work closely with other internal departments to develop
learning agenda and testing roadmap based on brands' objectives,
insights, and key challengesEDUCATION QUALIFICATION:Required
Minimum: Bachelor's degreeEXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:5+ years of
hands-on experience in SEM and / or biddable mediaDemonstrated
experience in problem solving and managing multiple tasksREQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:Ability to lead teams and deliver
resultsExcellent project management skills (proficiency in
Excel/PPT/SharePoint will be key)Ability to balance multiple
priorities and meet project deadlinesExcellent oral and written
communication skillsAbility to lead and influence othersPersonal
integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true
teamwork, and a sense of humorSelf-starter personality who can
operate with minimal supervision
