engagements, leading global teams of Amdocs, Sub-Contractors and
customer and growing the testing business with the client. What
will your job look like? The Testing Site Partner (TSP) works with
the CBE and SP to manage and lead the testing services (which may
comprise both end-to-end services and project-based services) that
are provided to each customer. The TSP will serve as the single
point of contact, both for the customer and internally, to provide
the relevant support for these testing activities or for testing
growth opportunities. Plans, manages and tracks all testing
services activities for an account, while ensuring holistic control
and balance, in accordance with the account strategy, as defined by
the CBE and SP, based on customer requirements. Manages the overall
testing scope and maintains its continuous alignment with strategic
business objectives; sets program plan, sets priorities, ensures
optimization, and resolves conflicts to enhance effectiveness
towards the business result or strategic intent. Ensures the
testing team remains effective and engaged in a matrix (including
onshore and offshore resources, other vendors, customer testers,
etc.), by providing ongoing guidance and mentorship, to ensure
complete testing program results. Builds partnerships with the CBE
and SP teams to maintain holistic, end-to-end services to the
customers, while building direct relationships with relevant
customer stakeholders to ensure objectivity of the testing services
and to promote continuous growth, while ensuring a
business-as-usual approach. Understands customers' strategic needs
and the business environment and works with the CBE to enable new
testing opportunities. Builds direct teams based on their
individual skills, and leading both direct and indirect teams to
meet testing program objectives. All you need is 10 Years of
experience in leading, managing and delivering testing services 5-
7 Years of experience in Functional Testing & automation around it
Should be able to create QE strategies around Data Engineering
initiatives Experience with customer-facing activities. 2 years of
experience working in telecommunications industries. Experience in
managing projects in a global setup (multi-countries). Experience
in operating within a complex, multi-interface environment. All you
need is Own the overall testing scope and maintain its continuous

the testing team remains effective and engaged in a matrix by

P&L based on the account governance guidelines. Build
partnerships with the Customer Business Executive (CBE) and Service
Partner (SP) teams to maintain holistic, end-to-end services to the
customers and credibility, value, and relationships while
maintaining communication with relevant partners at multiple
levels; both internal and external. Understand the customers'
strategic needs and the business environment, and to partner with
the CBE to enable new testing opportunities. Why you will love this
