Job Description:

ROLE OVERVIEW Based in Northeast Atlanta, GA and reporting to the OMS360 Chief Financial Officer, the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager will work with multiple oral maxillofacial surgery Doctors, Practice Team Members and Central Leadership Team (CTS) members to ensure the successful execution of processes across OMS360---s revenue cycle. In addition, the RCM Manager will work closely with operations and practice leaders to identify issues and opportunities with payers, systems, and process trends or patterns that impact the company's overall efficiency and profitability. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Documents and implements policies and workflows in both new and existing OMS360 practices Prepares slides and reports for practices and the OMS360 Senior Leadership Team Responsible for day-to-day operations of centralized and decentralized RCM offerings Develop training materials, process maps, and step by step instructions for OMS360 practices and partners Develops and reports against RCM Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics Works alongside payer and accounting/finance teams to optimize revenue opportunities Ensures external vendor and in-sourced RCM compliance with all coding and billing guidelines ROLE REQUIREMENTS 3 years in relevant healthcare and RCM leadership experience Bachelor---s degree or equivalent experience preferred Ability to work in a multi-practice and support center environment with multiple and competing demands Strong verbal and written communication skills required Must be detail oriented and organized Knowledge of practice management software preferred High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information Ability to gain trust and respect of the doctors, practice administrators Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
