POSITION SUMMARY Digital Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for creating and executing digital programs to scale our marketing reach and drive pipeline and revenue, leveraging organic and paid search, display advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital tactics and channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
--- Create, develop, and implement effective multichannel campaigns to expand our marketing reach and consideration, sales pipeline, and meet company revenue goals.
--- Hands-on management of the company's organic search (SEO), paid search (SEM), and advertising campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other pay-per-click (PPC) platforms.
--- Produce engaging, clear & concise copy for website, search, and display ads
--- Oversee management of website content and front-end information
--- Collaborate with product, content and communications teams to optimize messaging and creative executions
--- Analyze and optimize performance through testing and experimentation, including experimentation with landing pages, ad copy and channel strategy.
--- Create email templates, landing pages, forms, nurture programs, and reports using marketing automation tools
--- Optimize budgets, creative and audiences between ad networks to reach the best possible efficiency and desired lead volumes
--- Analyze and report on campaign KPIs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement in a test and learning environment
--- Manage external resources including technical writers, agency partners, and third-party vendors
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
--- Ability to read, interpret and effectively analyze headquarters project briefs, business reports, legal documents, financials, and marketing concepts/campaigns/briefs
--- Ability to respond to all levels of leadership, external vendors, customers, common inquiries, and requests.
--- Ability to effectively present information to top leadership & management, vendors, agencies, internal/external partners, and public/community groups/members.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

--- A minimum of two years of demonstrated successful experience in an eCommerce/digital marketing role within B2C industry or agency.
--- Excellent communication skills - copywriting, editing, crafting, and delivering presentations
--- Proven ability to build and manage effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, paid social, and other digital channels.
--- Experience working with SEO/SEM tools, website optimization tools, and Google Analytics; knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates
--- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
--- Ability to operate independently and solve problems quickly

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
--- BA in Business or related field with at least 1-2 years of experience in strategy, project management, and with cross-functional assignments
--- The ideal candidate understands and has experience with SEO, SEM, website management, marketing technologies, and campaign analytics.
--- This position may be remote but preferably located in or around Atlanta, GA.
