Job Description:

Crane Currency is looking to fill a -Marketing & Communications Manager -Job. -This is a great opportunity to take part -in meeting the growth targets of Crane Authentication, by expanding the capabilities of its marketing department through an increased digital network and customer engagement, generation of targeted collateral and in-person event participation.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for: -

  • Solicit, vet and coordinate resources to organize customer and channel partner outreach campaigns, including professional branding, advertising, and targeted co-promotion, e.g., with channel partners and customers; in virtual and in-person industry events; support Marketing and Business Development Directors in the creation of annual marketing budgets.

  • Drive the creation of engaging business collateral and digital media content, including the development of a content pipeline with the use of external vendors, Crane's subject matter experts, and Marketing. -Publish appropriate digital content with appropriate frequency to the website(s) and company social media platforms in accordance with the marketing strategy and targets. - -

  • Collect and analyze analytics for findings that underpin actionable recommendations for new/revised content and network engagement to deepen and extend customer awareness. -Analyze competitors' (existing and emerging) digital and in-person marketing activities and report findings for ongoing improvement to Crane campaigns. Apply experience to execute targeted customer outreach and co-promotion campaigns via email, website, social media platforms, customer portal and in-person events.

  • Support the 24/7 operation of through direct, knowledgeable, and regular exchanges with Crane IT, applying oversight and guidance as needed. Ensure functionality of content that is current, accurate, and attractive. Ensure evolving compliance/security requirements are understood, planned for and implemented effectively and in a timely manner.


    • BS degree and 7 years relevant work experience in planning, coordinating, and successfully executing marketing initiatives in support of launching new products or product lines
    • MS degree with a minimum 5 years relevant work experience preferred
    • Demonstrated experience in managing the coordination of vendors and associates across a diversity of marketing activities to achieve business goals.
    • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
    • A good level of proficiency in Spanish and/or French can be useful and considered a plus.
    • MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, WordPress, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro CC, SharePoint
    • Analytical tools for the collection, review and analysis of digital traffic and engagement.
    • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
    • Exhibit good interpersonal skills to get along with co-workers and outside vendors
    • Communicate clearly to deliver vital information to upper-level management
    • Work seamlessly and productively with outside vendors towards project deadlines
    • High level of initiative, including the ability to anticipate next steps
    • Passionate about continuously improving the customer experience
    • Occasional domestic and international travel in support of customer and/or industry events, approximately once per calendar quarter, or 10% of work time.
    • Driver's license and means to travel to division/company and vendor locations
