in-person training and meetings. We are hiring in the following
locations: Denver CO, Dallas TX, Alpharetta GA, Irvine CA, Basking
Ridge NJ and New York City.We are seeking a collaborative and
execution-oriented leader for our E-Commerce Associate
Director.This role requires a visionary leader who has demonstrated
experience creating and delivering seamless experiences with the
goal of educating and inspiring prospective members while driving
high conversion rates and sales. You'll be responsible for
acquiring new customers and driving conversion. You'll also be
responsible for partnering with leadership and cross-functional
teams in order to further grow the business, both in membership and
revenue, through a mix of brand messaging (value proposition,
offer), promotional online strategies, merchandising, optimization
(SEO), testing and real-time marketing programs across Visible.com,
our mobile app and partner sites.You will be responsible for
building and leading a high-performing team. You'll be responsible
for establishing a plan to increase orders and optimize conversion
rates. You will require technical depth and expertise of the
end-to-end user-journey.
- Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to grow our
member base.
- Lead acquisition strategies and optimize ROI across all
acquisition channels.
- Develop insights and data-driven acquisition strategies across
the most important audiences.
- Brief and collaborate with internal creative teams on content
development to support growth marketing initiatives.
- Build high trust and maintain strong relationships with
stakeholders and partners, including senior leaders, across the
company.
- Hire, manage, and develop a team of high-performing growth
marketers, creating an environment that encourages personal growth
and operational excellence.
- Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to direct reports
while continually assessing the existing team to identify specific
organizational needs (resources, tools, etc.).
- Lead, develop, and create a culture of testing and
experimentation to innovate on how we drive business growth and
acquisition. Bias to action to implement learnings and continue to
test new ideas, digital marketing strategies, and technologies to
ensure the best possible user experience.
- Share performance results regularly with the executive
leadership team.
- Develop and optimize campaigns and channel strategy across
Visible.com, SEO, merchandising, and real-time marketing.
- Ability to see trends and understand the competitive landscape
while differentiating Visible in the market-place.
- Collaborate with the leadership team across CX and engineering
to build and integrate Martech tools and support new product
launches.What we're looking for...You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work
experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Three or more years of experience managing a team.Even better
if you have:
- Eight or more years of experience in Growth Marketing or
eCommerce.
- Knowledge of technical concepts and the ability to actively
participate in technical discussion, identify requirements and ask
questions to ensure the right outcomes.
- Problem solving skills and ability to hone in on where best to
focus the team's effort (e.g. ability and interest in prioritizing
ruthlessly).
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills at
the senior leadership level, as well as with cross-functional
teams.
- Analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data
into actionable insights as well as bringing together qualitative,
competitive, and other information to inform creative and product
direction.
- Knowledgeable, familiar, passionate, and have experience
leading a Growth Marketing team.
- People management experience with a passion for coaching your
direct reports.
- Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and
evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to
consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business
priorities.
- Capability to thrive in a start-up paced environment: love
dealing with a fast pace, changing needs, and limited
resources.
- Test and learn mindset with the ability to adapt and solve
problems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects in
a cross-functional org.
- Knowledge of the customer journey and ability to optimize
funnel performance.
- Consumer insights experience revealing powerful and actionable
information about your target audience and the ability to tap into
those insights to build compelling landing pages.
- Ability to inform and influence decisions with strong
communication skills and communicate data with storytelling.We're
