  • Responsible for managing all phases of the sales process, from the initial response to inquiries through closing the sale with appropriate contracts prepared and executed by the company and the customer;
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts on a monthly basis; forecasts shall include revenue, margin, key dates and probabilities on a project specific basis;
  • Prepare Region annual working budgets;
  • Develop and manage project specific sales strategies and supporting tactics to maximize both profitability and probability of success;
  • Prepare and manage the project specific risk assessment and mitigation process through close of the sale;
  • Work with and manage appropriate tools to clearly outline sales performance and set sales standards;
  • Demonstrated record of success working effectively with customers in a telecom, voice, data, and converged solutions environment;
  • Demonstrated record of success leading sales teams;
  • Drive revenue growth and market share leadership for assigned territory;
  • Maintains full understanding of Carousel's products/services and strategic direction;
  • Accelerate the success of new product/services introductions with focus in net new accounts and geographies\;
  • Responsible for hiring, building, and maintaining a sales team;
  • Responsible for activity management and performance plan management; Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, Business Management/Administration, Information Technology;
    • Cloud and Managed Service experience required;
    • 8+ years strategic account sales and management experience, preferably in enterprise software applications, video, and data sales;
    • Proven track record of high volume sales and goals attainment;
    • Demonstrated ability to lead a collaborative team of people and a program of work within budget;
    • Demonstrated record of success working effectively with customers in a telecom services and converged solutions environment;
    • Demonstrated record of success leading sales teams;
    • Proven organizational, leadership, and decision making skills;
    • Strong entrepreneurial, and/or can-do attitude;
    • Ability to interact and influence effectively with senior executives and board of directors;
    • Strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills;
