What does an outstanding Senior Partner Development Manager do?As a Senior Partner Development Manager, you are responsible for acting as the main point of contact for CardConnect agents, focusing on outstanding relationship management and client happiness. The successful candidate will collaborate with agents on go-to-market approaches aimed at strategic growth - both from a relationship and merchant portfolio standpoint. You will be tasked with proactively implementing various cross-selling tactics to promote merchant (and agent) retention/stickiness. Cross-departmental collaboration will be key, as you work to uncover solutions that best fit your assigned agents' needs.You a look forward to:Successfully managing existing agent relationships to drive maximum growthActing as a dedicated point of contact - advocate on behalf of the agent when interacting with various internal teams as neededDriving partner growth to targets through go-to-market strategies and intelligent conversationCollaborating in the gray area of both a sales and operational environmentFacilitating questions and issues on behalf of agent partnersUtilizing resources, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issuesProviding unparalleled white glove experience for our agent relationshipArticulating internal processes to external partnersMaintaining reporting and executing internal audits as neededYou re the kind of person who:Builds strong trusted relationships and collaborates well with internal and external clients.Stays abreast of industry trends and challenges.Is self-motivated with the propensity to utilize resources while thriving in a team environmentCan think on your feet, but also drives follow up when needed and is adept at using resources across the entire organizationRegularly engages with client to ensure their needs are being met and to uncover new opportunities.Has the ability to pivot as the channel growsCan communicate in an eloquent and concise manner (verbal & written) with relentless follow upIs an intense listener and strong problem solverHas extreme attention to detail with the ability to multi-task with various systems and tasks.Has willingness to take on additional tasks as processes revampBasic Qualifications for Consideration:Bachelor s degree preferred.5+ years of payments proven experience working with Agents/ISO/ISV and or Merchant Services in a customer facing role.Experience with both the business development and account management side of sales.Travel required:30%
