Product Marketing at FinThrive was formed to drive deeper market understanding of customers' needs and buying preferences, stronger solutions messaging, and more effective go-to-market efforts. - This multi-faceted, cross-functional role makes a strategic impact on our business. The ideal candidate is high energy, results driven, and passionate about strategic marketing for their designated portfolio and is knowledgeable about the rapidly changing healthcare system in the US. - The position reports to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing. -What you will do--- Manage solution messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for a group of assigned technology solutions--- Develop high-value sales tools and external-facing collateral, such as solution sales sheets, customer proof points, videos, infographics, and presentations in collaboration with the creative team--- Quantify the value proposition of our offers for customers--- Partner with product management to translate technical product capabilities into customer-focused benefits ---- Partner with field marketing on demand generation programs, providing campaign planning input and content to be used in campaigns--- Facilitate competitive analysis and provide specific competitive intelligence to sales, product management and the corporate strategy team--- Facilitate market research ---- Develop a keen understanding of buyer personas, buyer needs, industry influencers and decision makers ---- Participate in voice of customer (VoC), analyst and partner meetings.--- Work closely with the pricing and product team to develop and explain the pricing of your productsWhat you will bring--- 2+ years of marketing experience in health care or other related industries, preferably experience in product marketing--- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) including polished presentation skills.--- Excellent discovery, listening, collaboration and influencing skills--- Proven track record of working cross-functionally, ability to think and work strategically, but also execute as an individual contributor--- Ability to interact with senior management on matters concerning functional area or department--- Excellent quantitative and analytical thinking to measure and optimize program performance and return--- Self-directed, strategic, and hardworking professional--- Cross-functional project management skills--- High level of attention to detail and quality assurance--- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing requests--- Power user of Salesforce.com, Word, Excel and PowerPoint--- Ability to potentially travel up to 20% of the timeWhat we would like to see--- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field preferred
