Manager of Human ResourcesWe are seeking an experienced Manager
of Human Resources to support our Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR)
business that has employees located in Georgia.Now is an exciting
time to become a member of our well-established, restaurant chain

contributions. Overview:The Manager of Human Resources will work
directly with the leadership team, field restaurant management and
staff, and other corporate headquarter departments to plan,
develop, supervise, and coordinate the HR activities for the
company relating to employment, compensation, recruiting, benefits
administration, performance management.This is a hands-on role, and
you will need to have an achievement focused attitude, be
results-driven, and be highly self-motivated. Attention to detail
and high emotional intelligence combined with a passion and
enthusiasm for the industry will position you for success in this
role.The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.Roles and
Responsibilities:+ Monitor federal labor laws and various state
labor laws to ensure compliance.+ Partner with our benefits broker
and vendors to manage the communication and administration of
company benefits programs such as health, life, disability, dental
and vision insurance and 401(k) plan. Manage annual and ongoing
(re)enrollment processes for benefit plans. Serve as the company
expert for all employee benefits and programs.+ Communicate
policies, procedures, programs, and laws. Advise managers regarding
employment issues.+ Provide day to day performance management
guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career
development, disciplinary actions). Provide support to managers
with internal investigations and make recommendations regarding
solutions. Respond to and conduct investigations for employee
relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment
allegations, and discrimination complaints. Partner with Director
of Loss Prevention in investigations, as necessary.+ Communicate
the company's formal performance review process. Track performance
management schedules and send out forms, instructions, and
reminders.+ Conduct investigations and maintain detailed records
relating to EEOC, wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, and
other compliance issues.+ Partner with hiring managers and contract
recruiter to ensure staffing support as needed. Post positions
through applicant tracking system for designated locations, support
the hiring process for all hiring managers and candidates.+
Administration of EEOC; FMLA; PCORI; WOTC; Unemployment benefits.+
Manage workers' compensation program in conjunction with Director
of Loss Prevention focusing on claims reporting, claims management,
internal and external communication regarding claims status,
interfacing with the plan's claim administrator, and interacting
with employees regarding their claims.+ Process promotions,
transfers, and other changes of status in ADP Workforce Now.
Coordinate pay rate changes with the Payroll Manager.+ Maintain and
manage confidential personnel files in accordance with company best
practices.+ Oversee Leave of Absence process and ensure compliance
with all applicable federal and state laws. Qualifications &
Preferred Skills:+ The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's
degree and a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of HR department
management experience.+ Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills, bi-lingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.+ Systems and
process oriented - Should be familiar with HRIS systems and
benefits environment.+ Proficient with Microsoft Office
environment. + Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
environment preferred.+ SHRM or HRCI Certified Professional
preferred.+ Remain abreast of knowledge and understanding of
regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments,
and applicable laws regarding human resources & benefits.+
Resourceful, solution-oriented, and self-directed with the ability
to effectively prioritize and manage projects and
timelines.Education Required:--- 4-year degree in Business
Management, Human Resources, or equivalent work experienceOther

United States (Required) Ability to travel to the Georgia area up
to 35% as needed Must pass a background check and drug screen
