Job Description:

OVERVIEW The Business Development Manager promotes Virtual MedStaff products and services as a professional sales representative to all assigned existing and prospective accounts. You will utilize telephone, email, and mass marketing to develop and maintain productive working relationships with current and prospective customers, as well as research and lead and opportunities. You'll create targeted mailings, arrange webinars, draft proposals, perform monthly/quarterly reporting and prepare presentations among other duties. The Business Development Manager conducts sales calls to seek the placement of tele-health medical providers as independent contractors throughout the country and ensures that customers are well satisfied with services. You'll make recommendations to management regarding pricing and sales projections and assist the team as needed. You will be responsible for meeting margin and sales requirements and assuring that all appropriate written documentation is in place. Business Development Managers exercise independent judgment in accordance with company policies and values. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospects and networks for new accounts and seek opportunities to increase existing ones. Conducts regular sales calls to develop customer relationships and follow up on leads Tracks sales deals through finalization of sale contracts. Meets established budget and monthly sales goals. Forecasts long range account sales and communicates related information regularly to management and other associates as needed. 5-10% of time spent traveling to conferences, sales meetings, etc. Completes required reports and records accurately and promptly. Maintains follow up log and notes within the company's database. QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS: REQUIREMENTS College Graduate or work experience equivalent 5 years sales experience Strong experience of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Use quantitative techniques to analyze results and make decisions Exercise sound decision-making abilities KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with persons throughout an organization, including clinicians. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tenacity and ability to think on your feet. Professional in person proposal skills Knowledge of the process and tools for capturing, organizing, and using individual and departmental intellectual assets, such as competencies, best practices, and so on. Able to work well independently and collectively with other team members. Familiarity with the legal and regulatory elements of Telemedicine. Familiarity with the functionality of the telemedicine platform.
